Remark:

This list doesn't contain any wine, grape juice, cognac or brandy. They are all forbidden without the supervision of a Rabbinic Authority.

Beer:

German beer is because of purity regulations, generally kosher. A few marks are actually kosher certificated, like Herrenhausen or Clausthaler. Beer with fruit ingredients (from Belgium or Netherlands) needs to be checked individually.

Wine:

Wine, grape juice, and their derivatives are only under Rabbinical supervion kosher. You can't find them only in kosher stores.
